Offering stone fruits, caramel, and luxurious chocolate as its core notes, Prickly Pear is Provision's signature blend. Their meticulous selection process is based on seasonality, trusted sourcing, and the way the individual components complement each other to create an optimal flavor profile. They roast each component separately to optimize its unique characteristics, then carefully blend.

This results in a brew that is perfectly balanced and works on any method: espresso, drip, cold brew, pour-over, and more. The constituent elements of Prickly Pear vary by season and include 50% "El Conjuro" Peru and 50% "Paraneima Anillal" Honduras.
