Our gifts are non-returnable. Because each gift that leaves our warehouse is highly customized, all sales are final. If for any reason you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you.
Gift Box Contents
Your gift will come exactly as ordered, whether it’s the listed goods included in our curated boxes, or the items that you personally selected through our build your own box option. We are careful to keep items in stock, so it’s rare that we may need to replace something. If we need to substitute an item, we will choose a replacement that best matches the item ordered, and contact you first to get your approval for inclusion.
Gift Box Package
Our gift boxes are keepsake quality and 100% recyclable and reusable. Every gift comes enclosed with a notecard and carefully wrapped in tissue that’s secured with a sticker.
Choose your notecard sentiment and we’ll include your note inside your gift. Customize with a note (up to 180 characters) or ask us to leave it blank for your handwritten touch!
You can customize a gift especially for your recipient in our gift builder. Simply choose a box, add goods, and include a note. We’ll make it gorgeous and send it on your behalf.
Send more than one gift in your order
You can send multiple gifts with one order! Inside your cart, check “Ship to Multiple Addresses” and you’ll be able to enter the information for each gift (address, note, to/from).
It's hot in Arizona, do things melt?
We update our inventory seasonally and remove items that melt in the hotter months, so this typically isn’t an issue. However, it is HOT here. If you receive an item that is melted or damaged from the heat - contact us at email@example.com so we can help you.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also offer convenient buy now, pay later options with Afterpay or Shopify Pay.
How do I shop goods for myself?
You asked – we’ve delivered! You can now shop individual goods just for you. Click the “Shop” tab and buy away. When you shop this way, you’ll receive your order with our Birdytell retail packaging. No note, no frills, just the goods.
Can I return goods bought in the shop?
We only offer returns on items purchased through the SHOP (a la carte item purchases, not included in a gift box) within 14 days of shipment of items. Products must be returned in their packaging and in new condition. All returns will be subjected to a $5 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above-mentioned standards.
What hours do you ship packages?
Our warehouse is open M-F from 9-3pm. We ship during those hours. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Shipping carriers do not ship on the following holidays: MLK Jr Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.
We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Why is there a shipping cost?
The shipping cost that you see is the true shipping cost. We do not add any extra charges and will continue to work on reducing that fee. We aim to keep shipping as minimal as possible. We ship in large volumes each day, so our cost is continuing to decrease.
Please don’t send any price tags or receipts.
We got you. We’ll never send price tags or receipts with gifts. We receive products without price tags on them and we do not add them to any items, ever.
If you order individual items in our Shop, you will receive a packing slip. Rest assured, gifts do not.
I accidentally put the wrong address, now what?
Email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org. We ship out our orders pretty fast, so please let us know as soon as you realize. If your gift hasn’t yet been shipped we will update the address for you. We cannot guarantee it will be changed, but we always do our best to accommodate you.
My gift hasn’t arrived, help!
Oh no! We’re so sorry this happened! As much as we would love to be able to control every aspect of your order, once items have been picked up by our shipping carriers, unfortunately control of your shipment is out of our hands. Shipping delays through USPS, FEDEX, and UPS happen sometimes. We’re happy to call and track down what happened with your gift, and we will do what we can to move it along. Please alert us right away if you see something that looks unusual with the tracking info: email@example.com.
We always recommend planning and ordering in advance whenever possible, especially during the busy holiday season.
We cannot replace or refund the items if they are delayed due to shipping carriers, however we will absolutely help reach out to them.
My gift box was returned to your warehouse. Now what?
No worries! We will absolutely refund your gift.
The gift tracking says it was delivered, but they don’t have it.
We have found that 9 times out of 10, it’s usually there somewhere! The recipient should check all around the home and with neighbors. If the shipping address was entered incorrectly at the time of purchase, we cannot refund the gift. If it is returned by the carrier to our warehouse, we’ll refund you right away.
If you believe the package was stolen, the best thing to do is file a carrier claim. We can do the same on our end.
Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere in the US, including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship internationally at this time.
We do not offer returns for any gift purchases, because they are highly curated and personalized.
Items purchased in our Shop may be returned within 14 days of shipment. We are very strict with returns - we expect items to be returned in great condition inside the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our specifications.
We do not offer exchanges.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer cancellations. All orders are final.
When will my order ship?
Gifts and Shop items ship within 48 hours, provided you order before 10am MST. If you place your order after 10am, your item may take 3 days to ship.
If you like to plan ahead for your gifts, you can use our online shipping calendar as you place your order to ship your gift at a later date.
How long will it take for my gift to ship?
This greatly depends on where you are located. Our warehouse is in Scottsdale, AZ. It may take 1-8 days to arrive at your shipping destination.
Can I get logo merchandise?
Yes! Adding logo merch to your gift box is an art, and a gift should always feel made for the recipient. We can tastefully incorporate your brand into your gifts. We also offer options to add your logo to the gift box and personalized card.
How long is the corporate gifting process?
We usually fulfill most large gift orders within 6 weeks. It will depend on the number of customized items. We have been known to work quick turnaround time magic with products we have on hand. It's best to contact us at email@example.com to get an exact turnaround time.
What is your minimum order size for customized gifts?
Minimum orders of 24 can be customized, branded, and curated from specialty order products.
Can you deliver gifts to my event in Arizona?
Yes! We can hand-deliver your event, corporate, or wedding gifts to any location within the Phoenix Metroplex. In fact, we prefer to do this to ensure there aren't any worries about shipping delays. We do charge for delivery, but it's far less expensive than shipping.
Do you only curate local goods from Arizona?
We’re happy to curate goods from any state to meet your needs. We also love to create gift boxes to match your event theme.
Do you white label your gifts?
We do not. We are happy to co-brand, but we don't white label.
Can I include some of our own company items with the gifts?
We work very hard to create gorgeous gifts and we have a select few branded merchandise partners, so we typically do not include outside items. We do make exceptions depending on the situation, so please reach out to our team to inquire.
