Return Policy

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our gifts. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@birdytell.com—we’ll make it right.


Gift Box Contents

Your gift will ship exactly as shown. If we ever need to substitute an item, we’ll choose something similar and of equal value. We’ll always get your approval first for custom boxes.


Gift Box Package

Our boxes are keepsake quality, 100% recyclable, and reusable. Each one is wrapped in tissue and sealed with a sticker for a beautiful unboxing experience.


Notecard

Every gift includes a complimentary notecard. Add your message at checkout!


Gift Builder

Want to build your own? Visit our Gifts section and add anything you love to the gift options under Build Your Own Gift. We’ll box it up beautifully.


Can I send more than one gift in an order?

Yes! You can ship multiple gifts to different addresses during checkout. You’ll see the option to add addresses before completing your order.


It's hot in Arizona, do things melt?

We update our inventory seasonally and remove items that melt in the hotter months, so this typically isn’t an issue. However, it is HOT here. If you receive an item that is melted or damaged from the heat - contact us at hello@birdytell.com so we can help you. 


Payment Types

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also offer convenient buy now, pay later options with Afterpay or Shopify Pay.

How do I shop for myself?

Go for it! Our gifts make great self-care treats. Just skip the gift note and enter your own address at checkout. Or Shop our Local Market for just the goods without the gift box.


Can I return goods bought in the shop?

All products are final sale. If something arrives damaged, email us at hello@birdytell.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.


Shipping

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the U.S.—including Alaska and Hawaii!


When do you ship orders?

Orders ship Monday–Friday. Most go out within 2–4 business days.


What are the shipping costs?

We charge a flat shipping rate that covers packaging and postage from our fulfillment center. We keep it as low as possible! It is currently $15 for 2-day Express - even to Alaska and Hawaii!


What if I accidentally used the wrong address?

Reach out to us right away at hello@birdytell.com. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address.


My gift hasn’t arrived, help!

Check your tracking first (emailed after your order ships). Still stuck? Contact us and we’ll help.


Tracking says it was delivered but it wasn’t.

Sometimes packages are marked delivered before they arrive. If it doesn’t show up in 24 hours, contact us.


The gift tracking says it was delivered, but they don’t have it.

We have found that 9 times out of 10, it’s usually there somewhere! The recipient should check all around the home and with neighbors. If the shipping address was entered incorrectly at the time of purchase, we cannot refund the gift. If it is returned by the carrier to our warehouse, we’ll refund you right away. 

If you believe the package was stolen, the best thing to do is file a carrier claim. We can do the same on our end.


Corporate and Event Gifting

Do you offer branded packaging or branded products?

Yes! We create branded gift experiences for events, employee appreciation, and client gifting. Start here: Business and Event Gifts.


How long is the corporate gifting process?

Most large gift orders are fulfilled within 6 weeks. Timing depends on the number of custom items. We’re often able to move faster using in-stock products, so don’t hesitate to reach out to us at hello@birdytell.com for a timeline based on your specific needs.


What is your minimum order size for customized gifts?

Customized, branded, or specialty-curated gifts require a minimum order of 24 units.


Can you deliver gifts to my event in Arizona?

Yes! We offer hand-delivery for events, corporate gatherings, or weddings throughout the Phoenix Metro area. It’s our preferred method to avoid shipping delays. Delivery fees apply but are more affordable than expedited shipping.


Do you only curate local goods from Arizona?

We’re proud to source from Arizona and beyond. We curate goods from any state to match your needs, event theme, or brand values.


Can I include some of our own company items with the gifts?

We work very hard to create gorgeous gifts and we have a select few branded merchandise partners, so we typically do not include outside items.
