Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Each Birdytell gift is custom-curated and made to order with care. Because of the personalized nature of our gift boxes and the perishable or consumable products we include, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you (and your recipient!) to be delighted with every gift. If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@birdytell.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin fulfilling orders shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations. If you need assistance, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


Shipping Issues

Birdytell is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or weather-related delivery issues. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

If your gift is marked “delivered” but can’t be found, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to help with claims when possible.


Gifts Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may choose to:

  • Pay for reshipping the original gift (if still eligible)

  • Or, we can issue a store credit minus shipping and restocking fees (for non-perishable items only)
