Originally from Barcelona, Spain, Alex studied at a different pastry schools in Barcelona and worked for some of the most recognized pastry chefs in the world. Moved to Los Angeles to pursue his dream and after working at a couple of the most prestigious restaurants in the city, decidided to continue his passion in Phoenix, where he started Noi Cacao, a new brand of chocolates where the finest ingredients meet to bring you the best product.
