Hayden Flour Mills was started by a father-daughter duo and is run by a team with a vision to mill some of the world's forgotten ancient and heritage grains using sustainable methods at every level of the process, from seed to table. Our mill is located on the farm where most of our grains are grown.
We've kept our crackers simple so you can taste the grain. We believe heritage grains have great flavor all on their own.
